At Prestige Creations, we ship custom and wholesale orders from Chiang Mai, Thailand to customers worldwide. Depending on the order size, destination and required delivery time, we can arrange DHL Express, air freight, ocean freight or regional overland transport.

DHL Express Worldwide
For samples and small to medium wholesale shipments, DHL Express is generally our preferred international delivery method. It provides fast door-to-door service, shipment tracking and reliable delivery to many destinations worldwide.
Typical transit times after dispatch are approximately:
- Europe: approximately 4–6 business days
- USA & Canada: approximately 4–6 business days
- Asia: approximately 1–4 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: approximately 3–6 business days
- Other destinations: transit time depends on the country and delivery location
These are estimated transit times and may vary because of customs clearance, remote-area delivery, public holidays or transportation disruptions. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Air Freight for Wholesale Orders
For larger international orders where express courier shipping is not economical, air freight may provide a suitable balance between delivery speed and shipping cost.
Air freight availability and pricing depend on the shipment’s actual weight, volumetric weight, destination and required service level. We can evaluate suitable shipping options when preparing your quotation.
Ocean Freight for Large Orders
For large-volume wholesale orders, ocean freight can provide a more economical alternative to air shipping, particularly for bulky products such as packaging boxes and high-volume bag orders.
Our shipping partners can assist with transportation from our facility in Thailand to the relevant port and arrange the required export documentation. Available shipping arrangements depend on the destination and individual order.
Regional Shipping Within Asia & ASEAN
For selected destinations within Thailand and the ASEAN region, road and overland freight may also be available. This can be a cost-effective option for larger commercial shipments to neighboring countries.

How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?
International shipping costs depend on several factors, including:
- Destination country and postal code
- Number of cartons
- Actual shipment weight
- Carton dimensions and volumetric weight
- Selected shipping method
- Product type and packaging requirements
For courier and air shipments, volumetric weight can be particularly important. Lightweight but bulky products may therefore cost more to ship than their physical weight alone would suggest.
Export Packaging
We carefully pack wholesale orders for international transportation. Products are packed according to their size, material and construction to help protect them throughout transit.
Where possible, we also optimize carton dimensions and packing arrangements to reduce unnecessary shipping volume while maintaining adequate product protection.
Customs & Export Documentation
International shipments require appropriate export and customs documentation. Depending on the shipment and destination, documentation may include a commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents.
Additional documentation may be available where required for a particular product or destination. Please inform us before ordering if your company or country’s customs authority requires specific certificates or documentation.
Testing, Certificates & Special Requirements
Some countries or product categories may require additional testing, certification or treatment before import. Where available, we can assist with arranging services such as:
- Third-party laboratory testing
- Material or product testing
- Fumigation where applicable
- Special export documentation
- Other documentation requested by the buyer or destination country
Additional testing, certification and documentation costs are normally charged separately and must be discussed before shipment.
Import Duties, VAT & Customs Charges
Unless specifically included in your quotation, international shipping charges generally do not include destination-country import duties, VAT, customs taxes, brokerage charges or other local fees.
Import regulations and charges vary by country. Buyers are responsible for confirming their local import requirements and paying applicable destination charges unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
Shipping Samples
Custom samples and prototypes can be shipped internationally before you proceed with bulk production. DHL Express is commonly used for sample shipments because of its speed and tracking capabilities.
Sample shipping is normally quoted separately based on the destination and parcel dimensions.
Tracking Your Shipment
For shipments with tracking, we provide the relevant tracking number after dispatch so you can follow the progress of your shipment online.
Please note that international deliveries may occasionally be held temporarily by customs authorities for inspection or clearance. Such delays are outside our direct control.
