Handbag-Asia.com is operated by Prestige Creations Co., Ltd., a manufacturer and exporter based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
We manufacture custom bags, textile products, packaging boxes, wedding and event stationery, and related products for wholesale, OEM, private-label, corporate, hospitality, retail, and other business customers worldwide.
These Terms apply to website visitors, customers, businesses, organizations, and other users of our website and services.
2. Use of Our Website

- Provide accurate information when requesting quotations or placing orders.

3. Products & Custom Manufacturing
Many products displayed on Handbag-Asia.com are examples of products we manufacture or have previously produced. Product photographs, specifications, colors, sizes, and descriptions are provided for general information and quotation purposes.
As a custom manufacturer, we produce goods according to agreed specifications. These may include material, dimensions, color, construction, quantity, logo, printing, embroidery, packaging, and other customization requirements.
Minimum order quantities, prices, production times, and available customization options vary depending on the product and order requirements.
We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately. However, slight variations may occur in fabric texture, handmade materials, dimensions, dye lots, printing, embroidery, natural materials, and colors displayed on different screens.
4. Quotations & Orders
Submitting a Wholesale Quote Request through our website does not create an order and does not require payment.
After receiving your requirements, we may provide a quotation based on the requested product, quantity, specifications, customization, and delivery destination.
- An order is accepted after the product specifications, quantity, price, and other relevant details have been confirmed.
- Production begins according to the payment terms stated on our quotation or pro forma invoice.
- Customers are responsible for checking specifications, artwork, spelling, measurements, colors, and other approved details before production.
- Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges or delays.
- We reserve the right to decline an order where production is not technically feasible or where other reasonable circumstances prevent us from accepting it.
5. Prices & Payments
Prices are normally quoted in USD unless another currency has been agreed upon.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, quotations do not include international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees.
Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be stated on the relevant quotation, invoice, or pro forma invoice.
6. Samples & Product Approval
For custom products, we may recommend or provide the option to order a physical sample before bulk production. Sample costs, tooling charges, logo setup costs, and shipping charges may apply.
Digital mockups, photographs, videos, material samples, or physical prototypes may also be used to confirm certain product details before production.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the provided specifications before bulk production begins.
7. Production Times
Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, materials, customization requirements, and current production schedule.
Any production or completion date provided before or during an order is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Production may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material availability, supplier delays, transportation disruptions, public holidays, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Thailand unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping costs depend on destination, shipment weight, dimensions, and delivery method.
- Estimated transit times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures.
- Import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, and other destination charges are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, transportation disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers in accordance with the shipping terms agreed for the individual order.
9. Custom & Personalized Products
Products manufactured specifically to a customer’s requirements—including custom sizes, colors, materials, logos, embroidery, printing, monograms, labels, or other personalized features—are considered custom-made products.
Custom-made and personalized products generally cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind after production has started or the goods have been completed.
This does not affect claims relating to products that are materially defective or materially different from the specifications confirmed for the order.
10. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you believe your order contains defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Please provide your order details together with clear photographs or videos showing the issue so that we can review the claim.
If a claim is approved, we will determine an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances, which may include replacement, repair, remake, credit, or refund where applicable.
Please do not return products without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
11. Customer Artwork & Logos
When you provide a logo, trademark, artwork, photograph, design, text, or other material for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that supplied artwork or branding does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of another party.
12. Our Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of Handbag-Asia.com—including photographs, product images, text, graphics, designs, logos, and website content—is owned by or licensed to Prestige Creations Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
