4. What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product, material and customization method. Many custom products have minimum quantities starting from approximately 70–300 pieces, while some specialized products may require higher quantities.

5. How Do I Request a Wholesale Quote?
Requesting a quotation is simple and does not require payment.

- Add products to your quote request or contact us directly.
- Tell us your required quantity, size, color, material and customization.
- Send your logo or artwork if branding is required.
- Provide your delivery country so we can estimate international shipping where applicable.
- Our team will review your requirements and prepare a personalized quotation.
6. Can I Order a Sample Before Bulk Production?
Yes. For custom products, we often recommend ordering a sample or prototype before bulk production, especially when exact materials, colors, dimensions or construction details are important.
Sample prices are normally higher than bulk unit prices because an individual sample requires separate material preparation, setup and production. Logo tooling, printing screens, embroidery setup or other development costs may also apply.
International sample delivery is quoted separately according to the destination, parcel size and weight.
7. How Long Does Production Take?
Production time depends on the product, order quantity, materials and level of customization.
- Samples: commonly around 7–14 days, depending on the product.
- Standard production: commonly around 15–25 business days.
- Complex custom orders: approximately 25–35 business days or longer where special materials or manufacturing processes are required.
Your quotation will provide a more accurate estimated production time for your individual order.
8. Where Are Your Products Manufactured?
Our business is based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We manufacture and source products through our local production facilities and established manufacturing network, depending on the product and materials required.
Our location gives us access to traditional Thai craftsmanship as well as locally available materials including Thai silk, cotton, linen, hemp, handmade paper and natural materials.
9. Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes. We export custom and wholesale orders from Thailand to customers worldwide.
- DHL Express: commonly used for samples and small to medium wholesale shipments.
- Air Freight: available for suitable larger or time-sensitive shipments.
- Ocean Freight: available for large-volume wholesale orders where economical shipping is more important than speed.

10. Are Import Duties & Taxes Included?
Unless specifically stated in your quotation, international shipping prices generally do not include import duties, VAT, customs taxes, brokerage charges or other destination-country fees.
Import requirements vary by country, so customers should check applicable local requirements before ordering.
11. Can I Supply My Own Logo or Artwork?
Yes. You can provide your company logo, monogram, artwork or other branding for use on your custom products.
For the best production quality, vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF is preferred. High-resolution artwork may also be suitable depending on the printing or branding method.
12. Can You Manufacture a Product From My Own Design?
Yes. We can evaluate custom designs for OEM and private-label production. Send us your drawing, dimensions, reference images, material requirements and estimated quantity, and our team can review whether the design is suitable for production.
Depending on the project, we may recommend producing a prototype before proceeding with the full order.
13. Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?
Return conditions depend on whether the product is standard or custom-made.
- Custom and personalized products: generally cannot be returned because they have been manufactured specifically to the customer’s approved requirements.
- Defective or incorrect products: please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment and provide photographs or videos showing the issue.
- Eligible standard products: may be returned according to the conditions stated in our return policy.
