4. Orders and Payments
- Orders are accepted once we confirm your design, quantity, and specifications in writing.
- Production begins only after payment confirmation, as stated in our pro forma invoice.
- Prices are listed in USD (or another agreed currency) and do not include shipping, import duties, or local taxes unless specified.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, or supply limitations.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- All goods are shipped from Thailand.
- Delivery times depend on the shipping method, destination, and order size. Estimated lead times are provided during order confirmation.
- Prestige Creations Co., Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier.
6. Custom and Wholesale Orders
All custom-made, logo-printed, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
We recommend reviewing digital samples or physical prototypes before mass production.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items, reported within 7 days of receipt.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team with clear photos and order details.
Approved returns must be shipped back in unused condition. Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.
